Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Platinum Title & Escrow, LLC, a Nevada limited liability company ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your use of our website located at TimeToGoPlatinum.com and any related subdomains, tools, calculators, forms, resources, and digital content we make available (collectively, the "Site").

By accessing or using the Site in any manner, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the Site.

2. Nature of Our Services

Platinum Title & Escrow, LLC is a licensed Nevada title and escrow company. We provide professional title insurance, escrow, real estate closing, notary signing, and document preparation services in connection with real estate transactions in the State of Nevada.

The Site is provided for general informational and marketing purposes. Content on the Site — including guides, calculators, checklists, blog posts, and FAQs — is intended to educate and inform. It does not constitute:

  • Legal advice or the establishment of an attorney-client relationship;

  • Financial, tax, or investment advice;

  • A guarantee of any specific outcome in a real estate transaction; or

  • A binding commitment to provide services until a written agreement has been executed between you and the Company.

 

For advice specific to your transaction or legal situation, you should consult a licensed attorney, financial advisor, or other qualified professional.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Site or engage our services. By using the Site, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under applicable law.

4. Permitted Use of the Site

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

  • Use the Site in any manner that violates any applicable federal, state, or local law or regulation;

  • Transmit any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, promotional materials, spam, or any other form of solicitation;

  • Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity;

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion or feature of the Site, or any other systems or networks connected to the Site;

  • Collect or harvest any personally identifiable information from the Site without consent;

  • Use any automated means, including robots, scrapers, or spiders, to access the Site; or

  • Engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits any other user from using or enjoying the Site.

5. Online Scheduling and Booking

The Site may offer online appointment scheduling for notary signing services or consultations. Scheduling a session online does not constitute a final service agreement. All engagements are subject to availability, verification of transaction details, and execution of the Company's standard service agreement or escrow instructions where applicable.

 

We reserve the right to decline, reschedule, or cancel any appointment at our discretion. We will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice in such cases.

6. Contact Forms and Inquiries

Information submitted through contact forms, request-a-draft forms, or other inquiry mechanisms on the Site is used solely to respond to your inquiry and to evaluate whether a service relationship is appropriate. Submission of a form does not create a client relationship, establish confidentiality obligations, or obligate the Company to provide services.

 

Do not submit sensitive personal financial information, social security numbers, wire transfer instructions, or other non-public personal data through general contact forms. For secure document handling, we will provide appropriate instructions upon engagement.

7. Wire Fraud and Cybersecurity Warning

Real estate transactions are frequent targets of wire fraud and business email compromise (BEC) schemes. We will NEVER send wiring instructions via email without prior verbal confirmation from a known representative. If you receive any communication — including emails that appear to be from Platinum Title & Escrow — requesting a change to wiring instructions or bank account information, do not act on that communication without calling our office directly at (702) 498-4782 to verify.

The Company is not responsible for losses arising from wire fraud where a client acted on unverified instructions or failed to follow our established verification protocols.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, guides, calculators, blog posts, and other materials — is the property of Platinum Title & Escrow, LLC or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable United States and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Site for personal, non-commercial informational purposes only. You may not:

  • Reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Site content without our prior written permission;

  • Use our name, logo, or branding in any manner that implies endorsement or affiliation without written consent; or

  • Scrape, republish, or commercially exploit any content from the Site.

9. Third-Party Links and Resources

The Site may contain links to third-party websites, resources, or calculators. These links are provided for your convenience only. We do not control, endorse, or assume any responsibility for the content, privacy practices, or accuracy of any third-party site. Accessing third-party sites is at your own risk and subject to that site's own terms and conditions.

10. Disclaimers

THE SITE AND ITS CONTENT ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. PLATINUM TITLE & ESCROW, LLC EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Calculators and estimating tools on the Site are for general informational purposes only. Actual closing costs, fees, and timelines will vary based on transaction-specific factors.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY NEVADA LAW, PLATINUM TITLE & ESCROW, LLC, ITS MEMBERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE SITE OR ITS CONTENT.

In no event shall our total liability to you for any claims arising from use of the Site exceed one hundred dollars ($100.00). This limitation applies regardless of the form of action or the theory of liability asserted.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Platinum Title & Escrow, LLC and its members, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses — including reasonable attorneys' fees — arising out of or related to: (a) your use of the Site; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any rights of a third party; or (d) any false or misleading information you provide in connection with the Site.

13. Privacy

Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using the Site, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.

14. Modifications to These Terms

Your continued use of the Site after any modification constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.

15. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the Site shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

16. Severability and Entire Agreement

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

 

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Platinum Title & Escrow, LLC regarding your use of the Site and supersede any prior agreements or understandings.
